Zespół Pixies opublikował nowy utwór zatytułowany „Oyster Beds” przed swoim występem na londyńskim festiwalu All Points East.
„Oyster Beds” jest trzecim singlem wydanym z ich nadchodzącego albumu studyjnego „The Night The Zombies Came”, po opublikowanych wcześniej „Chicken” i „You’re So Impatient”.
Nadchodzący album studyjny Pixies zatytułowany „The Night The Zombies Came” ukaże się 25 października za pośrednictwem BMG.
W marcu zespół poinformował o zmianie basistki – miejsce Paz Lenchantin zajęła Emma Richardson.
